Chase Dawson is your average everyday growing kid standing at 4’5, weighing 66 pounds with dark brown eyes and hair. He has the energy, desire and focus to become America’s next great star. At 10 years old, Chase Dawson is one of the youngest, yet one of the most prominent DJ, host and personalities in North Carolina. Son of parents, Dana and Brian Dawson; Chase has an astounding perception of what life has in store.

 

 

Chase began his start with his dad at the age of two, doing voice over commercials for Radio One’s WQOK K97.5FM Raleigh/Durham. One of his most well known commercials was with Carolina Smiles Dentistry of Durham. For two months, his commercial won national radio spot of the month. Chase has also been a main feature on his dads afternoon (3-7pm) radio show, and even co-hosting several shows throughout the years. His television credits consist of WRAZ’s Fox 50 highly rated- The B Spot, which followed him in his everyday life, showcasing his sport and athletic endeavors. He has hosted and appeared on some of the biggest events in the region, including: The EOG Concert- featuring Diggy Simmons and the OMG Girlz, The Bimbe Cultural Arts Festival, Women’s Empowerment, and Russ Par’s back to school kids tour. Over the last two years, Chase has been in the basement practicing under the direction of one of North Carolina’s number one DJ’s and radio personalities, Wade Banner. Chase has established a unique repertoire of events in which he has executed his skill sets as a DJ. Some of those events are: “The All Around The World” Concert- with platinum recording superstars Mindless Behavior at The Ritz in Raleigh, NC, One Hit- New Year Rumble Boxing Affair at the Durham Armory, Old School Alumni Basketball Bash at W.D. Hill Recreational Center and  Najundre’s Fashion Show casting call at North Raleigh Hilton.

 

 

With extraordinary goals and talent, Chase is your loveable kid. His favorite food is pizza, just like any normal child. “Diary of a Wimpy Kid & Big Mate” is his favorite read. He enjoys reading books, watching movies, and playing video games. Amongst his base foundation of God, family and friends, he continues to hone his crafts while striving for success.
